Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.

Here’s how to return an item…

Step 1:

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please submit all of the following information when requesting an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, invoice date and the nature of the problem. To obtain an RMA number and return instructions, please email this information to returns@dscconsumables.com.

Step 2:

If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received. If you paid with a check or money order, please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund check from DSC Consumables from the time we receive the returned product.

Step 3:

On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to DSC Consumables. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.

Step 4:

If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by DSC Consumables, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.

Terms & Policies

These policies supersede policies appearing on all other DSC Consumables literature, and are in effect for purchases made after November 30, 2011. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your product(s) have to be returned. All defective products will be accepted by DSC Consumables for credit or exchange within 30 days from the original invoice date. Any request for a return or exchange 31 days or greater from the original invoice date will be approved or declined at DSC Consumables discretion. DSC Consumables reserves the right to decline requests for product returns after 30 days from the invoice date.
